I'm sorry Elaine.

I canceled writing workshop yesterday. I'm sorry about that. I intended to attend workshop before finished my class. However, I felt bad after class. I absented from school last Thursday and Friday because of having a flu. That's why I didn't have a good condition. This is my excuse.
However, I'm looking forward to meeting you next workshop.

Presentation

I did a presentation in my class. The theme was "overcoming obstacles ". I talked about my friend who became a soccer coach with wheelchair. I wrote about him many times. I used my laptop computer for showing his documentary. After finished all presentation, Ashley asked us whose presentation was the best in our class. My presentation was chosen in the best of 5 people. I was so glad about that. I learned how to do the presentation in your class. Last time, I couldn't prepare for presentation. However, I did that this time. Preparing is very important for every thing when you have to do some thing.

Package from My Sister.

I got a Package from my sister yesterday. There was a DVD which was my friend's documentary from TV program. I've written about him in your class. He is a soccer coach with wheelchair now. He is a famous person in Japan because he is first person who got a soccer coach license with wheelchair. He was so cool in his documentary. He has strong spirit and made a strong decision and he got his dream come true. I respect him so much.
I'm very happy because I have a magnificent friend. In the not far in my future, I want to visit to Japan and see him. I also want to show the DVD to everybody if it has subtitle in English. However, it has not.
The DVD cheered me up and I got a energy from it.

Last day in January.

Today is last day in January. The beginning of this year, I made a motto for this year. It is that"whatever, I do strictly". However, I couldn't do that this month. I really want to pass the LINCC program and to enter the college course next semester. It is for that purpose that I have to study hard. I've been N.Y. for one year. It's about time to enter the college because I'm not so young. I have a lot of things which I have to do for my dream.
Therefor, I have to carry out my motto. I will do it.

No school today!!

I knew that no school today this morning from Ashley's email. I wake up 6 o'clock and then I checked my email regularly. I tried to went to bet, but couldn't sleep well. My friend and I had to shovel snow on our driveway. Unfortunately, our driveway is long. It was very hard work.
In this afternoon, I saw tow movies on DVD. I absented from work. That's why, I had good relax time. I hope it going to be good day tomorrow.

I'm glad to see Jorge's blog.

New semester started on Tuesday. I'm same class with Juan. We are only classmate from last semester. However, I met an old friend who was in Adelphai University Language School. I've been there for 5 months. We have eatten lunch together everyday in Adelphai cafeteria.
Anyway, I miss Jorge so much, but I glad to see your blog here. I'm going to keep writing blog,too. I miss Elaine, too. I think you are a best teacher for me.

Shopping

I went to Century 21 this afternoon. I bought a lot of clothes and a pair of boots. Usually, I don't go shopping for me. I like to wear fashionable dresses, but I don't like to go shopping. I don't know why. My ideal is to get the clothes from someone. I don't care if it was used or new. I like to do coordinate with clothes. However, I spent my money $320, but I saved money $960 because the clothes which I bought were everything on sale. So, I did very good shopping today. Some times, spending money is useful in getting rid of stress.
